As a manager, the toughest trait to screen for is good work ethic.

Each year, time goes by more quickly.  My thoughts on that are that when you are 10 years old, 1 year is 10% of your life.  When you are 40, it is only about 2% so it seems to go much quicker.  When I am 70, it is gonna be whizzin by! 

When I am 80, they'll have to come up with another division!!  Felix says this should be called the "Myth" division!

Play golf until it hurts.  Then play some more.
